committee composed of independent experts opinion
leaders within their specific sectors. The committee 
main object regards the approval of each products 
both in terms of organoleptic valuation and test

Fabio Baldassarre
Born in1971 from a family of chefs from Abruzzo region. After studying and practicing in Austria, he is back in Rome by Heinz Beck side at the restaurant of Hotel Cavalieri Hilton called “La Pergola”, where he has worked for four fruitful years. In 2005 he opens his first restaurant and wins his first Michelin star. In 2010 he opens the stunning Unico erstaurant in Milano, He is one of «Italia dei Talenti» juror for Food.
Angelo Ballarini
Born in 1954, he is Managing Director of Ballarini Paolo & Figli Spa, a leading brand in high-end non-stick cookware.
During his career he has been a promoter of innovative and differentiating projects that led the Company to be considered one of the most important in its sector. The pursuit of quality and constant study of the consumer’s needs, even the professional, have seen Ballarini at the forefront in the production of high-technological innovation and unique design. His products are, due to their performance, selected from the best Italian and international chefs.
Davide Di Corato
Born in 1962, "son of Art", he has started his career as journalist during the 80s, specializing in food and wine. After the first experiences as an inspector and secret client for some food guides, he got the regular columns on numerous trade publications. In 2005 he became editor of the monthly HO.RE.CA. Magazine, newspaper devoted to the world of catering. In 2010 he became director of the monthly CHEF Magazine, focus on Haute Cuisine.
In February 2013 he leaved the Magazine to establish the Gin & Tonic Ltd, company created by a team of professionals specialized in the organization of events related to the world of luxury food.
He is author of numerous publications and prefaces of books dedicated to famous chefs.
Claudio Sadler
Born in 1955 he opens his first restaurant in Pavia in 1982: the famous “ Locanda Vecchia Pavia” where in 1986 he gains his first Michelin star, the second being in 1995.
He has opened his cooking school in 2002, where he teaches his most unique cooking tricks to young chefs and devoted consumers.
He is one of «Italia dei Talenti» juror for Food.
Giuseppe Vaccarini
Born in 1952, he is the sommellier of Gualtiero Marchesi restaurant and later of the “Yar” both in Milano. Winner of the “ASI world best sommellier” in 1978, he is the president of A.I.S. from 1999 to 2002, and of the A.S.I. (Association de la Sommellerie Internationale) from 1996 to 2004, He is the founder and president of ASPI (Italian professional solmmellier association) in June 2007. As one of the best known and most competent italian experts, he is our juror in wine & spirits.
